Is there a Murphy Effect in Irn Bru sales?

AG Barr have posted a 1.1 percent fall in sales, compared to last year, for the 15-week period from 26th Jan to 9th May.

One can't but help wonder if Jim Murphy's use of Irn Bru has harmed that product.

It's certainly put me off it...
